Returns and refunds
If Snaykaa isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. That includes opened products.

How to return
Email letstalk@snaykaa.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label, and we pay the return shipping.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without a return label can't be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post the refund.

Exchanges
Tell us when you email and we'll arrange an exchange, or you can place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or wrong item
Email letstalk@snaykaa.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Not returnable
Gift cards.
