International shipping Available to most countries. Rates calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns — unopened 30 days from delivery. We'll refund the product cost (shipping non-refundable). Email Letstalk@snaykaa.com to start.

Returns — opened (Skin Promise) If the formula doesn't agree with your skin within 14 days, contact us. We'll refund or swap once, no questions asked.

Damaged or wrong item Photograph it and email Letstalk@snaykaa.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement.
